Tara Jones, MS, CCC-SLP is an American Speech-Language-Hearing-Association (ASHA) certified Speech Language Pathologist. She holds bachelor's degrees in Linguistics as well as Speech-Language Pathology from Brigham Young University and Utah State University, respectively, and a Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Idaho State University, where she completed research on Outcomes for Deaf/Hard of Hearing infants.
Tara has worked in the field of Speech Pathology since 2013. She began her career in Early Intervention services in California providing services in Spanish-speaking homes. She loved working with parents to provide them with the tools to increase their toddler's language skills.
Tara then joined the school system to provide School-based speech services, and in 2019 started her private clinic providing therapy services to all ages in the community. She has worked extensively with Language, Articulation, and Stuttering Disorders.
In addition, she has experience increasing literacy skills with those diagnosed with Dyslexia, executive functioning skills with ADHD, and Tara has special training in Auditory Processing Disorders (using the Buffalo Model of Auditory Training developed by Jack Katz). She is currently found within Detail Dental Kids' office providing Myofunctional Therapy. She is excited to be part of a team helping to increase airway health education.
Tara is licensed in Indiana as well as Idaho. She is on-site and offers teletherapy services.
Tara loves to run and dance hula.
She has found hula to be a great form of exercise, as well as an excellent way to share the spirit of Aloha.
Prit Kaur is a caring and dedicated speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children find their voices and reach their fullest communication potential. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences (2018) and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (2022) from Indiana University. Pritpal brings a well-rounded background in both educational and medical settings. During her graduate training, she completed a school practicum in an elementary school, where she supported students’ speech and language development in the classroom. She also completed a medical externship, working closely with early intervention services, language therapy, and feeding therapy, gaining valuable experience supporting infants and toddlers with a wide range of communication and feeding needs. Currently, Pritpal is completing her Clinical Fellowship (CF) at Kaleo Speech and Language, where she continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children and their families. Her clinical interests include early language development, myofunctional therapy, feeding therapy, and supporting families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Shylina Jalambo, is a Healthcare Administrative Virtual Assistant. She is a Registered Pharmacist in the Philippines who has undergone intensive training in administrative tasks, with a strong foundation in managing patient care, ensuring confidentiality, and handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Shylina is also HIPAA certified, ensuring that all patient information is handled with the highest level of security and privacy.In her current role at Kaleo Speech and Language, Shylina is responsible for the efficiency of managing all aspects of appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and appointment cancellations. Beyond her administrative duties, Shylina helps facilitate billing and insurance processes, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently. At Kaleo Speech and Language, Shylina’s dedication to administrative skills ensures that every patient’s experience is positive and efficient. For any scheduling or administrative inquiries, Shylina is available to assist and ensure a seamless experience every step of the way.
